Mr and Mrs Italy was founded in 2007 by Milan-based designer Alessia Giacobino. In an attempt to find the perfect parka, Giacobino created her own line of revamped army outerwear using classic khaki green cotton shells elevated with luxurious furs. Originally strictly dedicated to the fabrication of parkas, her line has now grown into a wide selection of womenswear that is made entirely in Italy by the finest artisans. A selection of parkas lined in silk, lace, and jersey forms the core of her Fall 16 collection, alongside embroidered cotton t-shirts and sweaters, cargo pants, and leathers.
