Launched in 2018, SWEETLIMEJUICE offers an array of gender-fluid fashion jewelry that updates traditional handcraft with a sustainable twist. Brainchild of London College of Fashion graduates Simpson Ma and Jovy Hon, the East London-based atelier showcases Ma’s award-winning denim-wrapped stone setting technique in its line of certified 925 sterling-crafted jewelry. Precious and semi-precious stones are fused with frayed denim to create distinctive pendants that, like a good pair of jeans, show their individual wear in distinctive patterns. Chunky chain necklaces, crystalline cubic zirconia pendants, silver bracelets with crucifix charms, and geode-like signet rings are handcrafted in house and by Hatton Garden silversmiths using sustainably sourced sterling silver and deadstock denim. Fresh and invigorating, SWEETLIMEJUICE’s progressive interpretation of traditional silversmithing quenches the thirst for a new ilk of men’s designer jewelry.
